Terms and Conditions
AfroNature tours & safari accept providing a classic service to our lovely clients by consider the following terms and conditions;
Booking Agreements.
Bookings and subsequent agreements shall be deemed to have been concluded in Moshi-Tanzania and shall be interpreted according to the laws of the united republic of Tanzania.
Deposit payment
A deposit of 15% is necessary to secure the booking. This deposit form part of the payment of the trip and will be offset with the total amount charged to the client/agent if the total amount is not paid at least four (4) weeks to departure. The company reserves the right to treat the booking as canceled and the deposit shall be forfeited. Client/agent booking within four weeks of the tour departure is required to pay the full amount to secure the reservation
All bank charges are to be settled by client/agent, respectively this includes the transaction fees charged by our bank. The amount shown on the invoice is the amount that need to reflect in our account and should bank charges have been deducted, we would have to invoice your subsequently. We also consider your trip without bookings.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be sent in writing to the office that confirmed the reservation. Cancellations shall be effective only from the date of receipt of the cancellation by the booking office. In case of booking cancellations, the company shall retain the full deposit if a booking is cancelled and the client is subject to a cancellation fee as follows;
- 28 days prior departure 25% of cancellations
- 21 days prior departure 50% of cancellations
- 14 days prior departure 75% of cancellations
- Less than seven days prior departure100% of cancellations
Passports, visas & other works
It’s the client sole responsibility to make sure that passports, visas, health documents, vaccination tests and any other required documentation are all in order for countries to be visited. The company cannot be held liable for the consequence damages or claims if the client does not attend correctly to the client’s documentation and related matters prior the commencement of the tour.
Luggage
At any time, all baggage and personal effect are at the client responsibility and the company does not accept any liability for any loss or damage of personal effects, howsoever arising clients are entitled to one bag of not more than 15kg back pact or soft bag in the hard top cases and a backpack. The company reserves the right to refuse excess baggage. Please notice that our trekking tours on some bush flights other baggage regulation may apply risk.
The customers accept that all tours are of adventurous in a nature and involve an element of personal risk. Neither the company nor any agents can be held liable in any way for any injury, loss of life or property damage, howsoever caused. The client herby indemnifies the company and will keep the hold company, its agent, assigns and servants harmless from any such claim, the client accepts full responsibility for all the risks involved.
Authority on tour
The decisions of the guide/driver of the company on the tour shall at all times be final and binding. The client must all times comply with the laws, customs and foreign exchange regulations of all the countries visited.
The price changed
All our prices are based on the current national park fees and taxes. There have been ongoing conversation that the east Africa countries will be undergoing changes in the tax regulations in 2014 should authorities decide to increasing fees and taxes even though they might currently not be scheduled, we would subsequently have to pass on these increases.
Advertisements
The company reserves the right to use the photos and videos taken during the tours for marketing or advertising. The client gives his consent to use photo and authorizes the compay to retain copyright for these photo and such material.
Unavoidable circumstances;
Unforeseen circumstances that includes war, mechanical breakdown, flood, weather, riots and other unforeseen reason beyond the control of the company may cause delays or alterations in the tour. The company shall not be held liable in any way for any of these possible occurrences or consequences which may arise as a result of these.
