A. Our Porters.
Because of our porters, all you need to do on your trek is only walking because they always carry your all staff such as tents, sleeping bag, mattresses, food, cookware, chairs, tables, medical supplies and all camping gears. It is a hard job and by the way their strength and skills are incredible to explain. Due to their daily performance, in every trip we normally take porter welfare very carefully and seriously and we ensure that all our staff is treated well and this make us to have the best porters. Through fair treatment, always we ensure that;
Our porters loads are equal limited to 20kg.
They have quality tents and best mountain equipment.
The porters to client ratios we use are sufficient to handle the equipment needed.
Our porters are fed three nutritious meals per day based on their preferred local foods.
They always have a proper gear to handle any kind of weather on the mountain.
Our staff is paid tips in fair and transparent.
Our staff is paid salaries immediately upon completion of a concern trips
B. Our Cooks.
Our cooks, we call them stomach engineers. They are professionally trained to prepare best, tasty and nutritious food on the mountain. They always work in harsh condition using gas stoves in a kitchen tent or hut. They know everything about client’s need no matter your vegetarian, vegan or client with food allergies. They all receive regular cooking training in new techniques and recipes. They always wake up early in the morning when is still dark and start their duties and go to sleep late after everyone in the team has been fed.

i. High safety considerations
The first priority to our client always is his/her safety. Your life and safety is in our guides hands please trust us. Our guides teams are certified this means they have a quality tools to make a standard medical and decisions when anything concerned emergence care happen. Each year they attend emergence care training so they can prevent and treat altitude related illnesses to the client and monitored very professionally on the trip.
ii. Knowledge
Our guides are knowledgeable about general mountain tip. They can tell you everything about your trip on mountain this include lectures about vegetation zones, landscape, flora and fauna, altitudes issues, distance from one camp to another and different stories about our beautiful country Tanzania with its people and make you feel why you travel. Our guides also uphold a high level of professionalism while still keeping the experience fun for our lovely most important asset-the client.
5. Our promise on sustainable toursim in treking and safari
Our company employs professional staffs, and this is guides, cooks, porters and drivers who have a great experience of working and caring about environment conservation especially in a protected areas. We normally give education on different time about environmental conservation in association with environment club from Moshi and Arusha. All in all is to make sure that we support this policy from the government of our country Tanzania about keeping environments safe and out of destruction.
On trekking this is normally for every climber that he/she follow slogan states; trash in, trash out. And as a company most of the time we remind our climber to obey the slogan and also everyone in our team is always carefully about it. Several time we also joining and supporting different kind of campaign offered by national park by produce a number of guys for cleaning the mountains. This program makes everyone in our company mind that we do tourism in a sustainable environment.
As a tour company we also know that tourism can significantly contribute to environmental protection, conservation and restoration of biological diversity and sustainable use of natural resources. Because of their attractiveness, pristine sites and natural areas are identified as valuable and the need to keep the attraction alive can lead to creation of national parks and wildlife parks that why we support different kind of environmental projects and program in the society we belong and also in all protected areas that we benefit from it.

In order to ensure the community benefits with the income generated in tourism, we normally organize the mountain and safari trips by make sure we employ the local driver guides, mountain guides, cooks and porters who mostly surrounding our community. Also our company accommodates its customers in hotels and campsites of high international standards which mostly we recommend the ones owned by local people. This is because we want your money directly benefit local people such as family of these porters, tour guide, owners and employees.
We also take a time to visit the public schools which have the students with special group and give some aids, we also sometimes visiting children orphanage center and many more to make sure at list what we get from you as our benefit we bring back to society for the community development.
