Itinerary
Your safari begins with an early morning departure from Arusha, driving through the scenic landscapes of the East African Rift Valley, with a stop at a viewpoint where you can enjoy sweeping views of the escarpment and surrounding plains. The journey continues through rural villages and highland forests before arriving at the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. You will then descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a full-day game drive, exploring one of Africa’s most remarkable wildlife habitats. The crater offers excellent chances to see the “Big Five,” along with zebras, wildebeests, hyenas, and a rich variety of birdlife across the crater floor. In the late afternoon, you will ascend and transfer to your accommodation at Ang’ata Ngorongoro Camp for dinner and overnight rest.

This final exploration offers another opportunity to spot predators and grazing animals across the crater floor in a more peaceful morning atmosphere. After the game drive, you will ascend from the crater and begin your journey back to Arusha or Kilimanjaro Airport, enjoying scenic views along the way. Upon arrival, you will be dropped off at your hotel or airport, marking the end of your safari.
