After a scenic drive, you’ll spend the night at the charming Pembeni Rhotia Camp with panoramic views of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. The next day, head to Tarangire National Park, famous for its large elephant population and iconic baobab trees, where you’ll enjoy an exciting game drive. After an overnight stay at the luxurious Sangaiwe Tented Lodge, you’ll have the chance to capture more wildlife moments during a final morning game drive before returning to Moshi. Itinerary
Your safari adventure begins with an early morning departure from Moshi, driving through the scenic Great Rift Valley landscapes toward Lake Manyara National Park. Upon arrival, you will embark on a full-day game drive exploring the park’s diverse ecosystems, from dense groundwater forests to open grasslands and the shimmering lake shoreline. Lake Manyara is famous for its rich biodiversity, including large elephant herds, tree-climbing lions (rare sightings), giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, and an impressive variety of birdlife along the lake. In the late afternoon, you will leave the park and drive to Karatu, where you will enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at Pembeni Rhotia Camp, set on the slopes of the Ngorongoro highlands with stunning panoramic views.

After breakfast at the camp, you will depart for Tarangire National Park, a scenic drive through Maasai villages and open savannah landscapes. Upon entering the park, you will enjoy a full-day game drive in one of Tanzania’s most beautiful wildlife destinations, known for its massive elephant herds and iconic ancient baobab trees. The Tarangire River attracts large concentrations of wildlife, especially during the dry season, including lions, leopards, zebras, wildebeests, giraffes, and various antelope species. After an exciting day of wildlife viewing, you will proceed to Sangaiwe Tented Lodge for dinner and an overnight stay, surrounded by peaceful bushland views.

Wake up early for a final morning game drive in Tarangire National Park, when wildlife is most active and the soft morning light creates perfect photography conditions. This is your last chance to spot elephants, predators, and grazing animals in the open plains and river areas. After the game drive, you will exit the park and begin your journey back to Moshi, passing through scenic countryside and local settlements along the way. Upon arrival, you will be dropped off at your hotel, marking the end of your unforgettable safari experience.
